Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.
If you’re here, you may be feeling tired of holding it all together. Perhaps you’re successful on the outside but struggling on the inside—caught in cycles of perfectionism, self-doubt, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. You might notice an ongoing sense of imposter syndrome, difficulty in relationships, or patterns that no longer feel aligned with who you are becoming. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your inner wisdom.

I work with adults, including individuals and couples, who are seeking deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change. Many of the people I support are professionals, caregivers, creatives, and highly sensitive or thoughtful individuals who have learned to function well—even while feeling disconnected, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.
Clients often come to me for support with:
-
Imposter syndrome and chronic self-doubt
-
Perfectionism, burnout, and high internal pressure
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Trauma and its impact on the nervous system
-
Relationship challenges and communication struggles
-
Emotional regulation and feeling overwhelmed by emotions
-
Identity questions, transitions, and feeling “stuck”
Couples may seek therapy to improve communication, repair trust, understand recurring patterns, or reconnect emotionally in a way that feels safe and supportive.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based practices, including meditation. IFS helps us gently explore the different “parts” of you—such as the part that strives to be perfect, the part that feels anxious or depressed, or the part that works hard to keep pain hidden. Rather than trying to get rid of these parts, we learn to understand them, appreciate their protective roles, and create more balance and choice.
Meditation and mindfulness practices are offered as optional tools to support emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and build a steadier relationship with your inner experience. These practices are always adapted to your comfort level and lived experience, including trauma-informed care.
Together, we focus on helping you:
-
Develop greater self-compassion and clarity
-
Understand emotional and relational patterns
-
Build skills for emotional regulation and resilience
-
Heal from past experiences that continue to shape the present
-
Feel more grounded, authentic, and connected—to yourself and others

What You Can Expect
Therapy with me is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about creating a safe relationship where all parts of you are welcome. Change happens through understanding, presence, and connection—at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or the quiet exhaustion of always trying to be enough, therapy can be a place to finally exhale.
If this resonates, I’d be honored to support you on your path toward greater ease, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
