Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.

When we work together, my goal is to help you feel understood—not just by me, but by yourself. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, like an imposter, overwhelmed, or caught between different thoughts, feelings, behaviors and emotions (parts). You might notice one pushing to keep everything together while another part feels exhausted, anxious, or unsure. Maybe you’ve been the strong one for other people  for a long time. Maybe you’re used to giving support—not receiving it. If that resonates, you’re not alone. There’s a reason you feel the way you do, and together we can gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

My Approach

My Approach to Therapy

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that helps you understand the different “parts” within you—like a part that overworks, judges or feels judged, worries, or that might shuts down when things feel too big. These parts are internal strategies you developed along the way. Some help you function, some keep you safe, and some feel stuck in old patterns. We will together get curious about them.

In our sessions, you’ll have space to be exactly who you are. You don’t need to be “the grounded one,” “the capable one,” or “the one who has all the tools.” Many professionals and healers feel pressure to already know how to manage everything. But you’re human, and parts of you deserve just as much care as the people or projects you tend to.

As we explore your inner landscape patterns that used to feel frustrating, stuck, or shameful often reveal a deeper understanding. This can lead  to improved communication and impact how you navigate your work life balance, your creativity, and your internal and interpersonal relationships.

IFS helps you connect with your core self - the calm, steady inner presence that's compassionate and curious, confident to help you find your inner peace and emotional balance while handling your personal external circumstances support your work, your art, your relationship with yourself and with others.
